Sheet Metal Fabrication Equipment

CNC Lasers

In the sheet metal fabrication industry, these particular machines are synonymous with hi-tech.  These machines process metal in flexible thickness from .015 up to 3/8 inch thick cold-rolled steel, and they hold tolerances of up to .003.  So, from the thin reflective aluminum contained within light fixtures to heavy-duty steel brackets, this laser machinery is a true asset to any sheet metal fabricator.  Laser offers the cleanest cuts on any intricate forms and shapes.

CNC Turrets

Like the laser, our turret machines offer punching ranges between .015 and 3/8 inch.  These machines are most appropriate on punches that require less detail.  This gives the metal fabricator a laser alternative that offers you an opportunity to save even more money.  Furthermore, with our Amada Vipros, we are able to utilize our second shift by running this machine in a lights-out manner.  For those who count on metal fabricators to provide not only a quality product, but an excellent value, these machines offer tremendous flexibility.  This is just a small part of our over-all value-added sheet metal fabrication .

CNC Brake Presses

As sheet metal fabricators, it has become increasingly important to have forming/folding capabilities in order to meet the needs of our customers.  This machine has the flexibility to handle a multitude of operations both simple and complex.  Whether the material is thin or thick, this is an ally to any metal fabricator, as the machine can apply 200 tons of pressure upon products up to 12 feet in length.  We have several of these machines, which helps us to effectively cater to the always-growing electrical enclosure and electronic enclosure markets.

CNC Milling

As your one-stop metal fabrication source, we pride ourselves on being able to provide some of the finest milling capabilities.  This adds another dimension to our manufacturing regime, allowing us the added flexibility of milling, tapping, machining, and a variety of other fabricating functions.  In this category, we are able to hold tolerances down to .001 inch.  It also gives us the opportunity to move beynond just sheet metal, in an effor to provide even greater versatility to our customers.
