Just In Time (JIT) Solutions

The importance of JIT is that customers often need their parts when they need them and not a moment later.  Many sheet metal fabricators are organized in a manner that does not allow for deviating from a standard lead time.  While these pre-defined lead times are a common phenomena among so many fabricators, we strongly believe in mass customization.  This offers a "tailor made" solution to fit the specific needs of customers.  Since many organizations have limited space for storing product, there is an ever-increasing need to find metal fabricators who can provide an inventory management system.  We are among the rare breed of sheet metal fabricators who can provide such a service.  While such arrangements will cause mayhem to so many metal fabricators, we always have space allocated to serve this very purpose.  This way, we will issue immediate releases from your inventory, so you can count on recieving your product just in time---everytime!

Process Engineering/Re-engineering

Pleasing the customer does not stop at delivering a quality sheet metal product on a JIT basis.  Process engineering plays a key role in distinguishing us even further from the vast majority of sheet metal fabricators.  This service provides an aspect that standard product lines or standard metal fabricators simply can't offer.  Stock items simply can't ask the question "What if?" and "standard" fabricators won't bother to ask.  This is a function of having qualified people and engineering professionals in place who not only look at the product itself, but how they can make it better.

We have recognized that product design is not an exact science.  As a result, we frequently come across prints and samples of products that are simply not designed with the proper metal fabrication process in mind.  We evaluate the product in an effort to save time and cut costs.   Unlike the cookie-cutter solutions that many fabricators offer, we will provide you a final product with your true interests in mind.
